Upload contractor quotes and estimates directly to CostTrack. CostTrack will extract the values and line items just like an invoice. You can track the status of each quote (Pending, Accepted, Declined) to keep on top of your bidding process.

The Supplier Directory

CostTrack automatically builds a directory of your suppliers as you scan documents. You can also manually add suppliers and attach important documents like terms of service, contracts, or catalogues directly to their profile.

Supplier Ratings & Deletions

You can rate your suppliers using the star rating system to keep track of who provided the best service.

If you ever need to delete a supplier, CostTrack's "Delete & Replace" feature will safely prompt you to transfer their existing expenses and quotes to another supplier, ensuring you never end up with orphaned data or broken charts.
